Fluent Ground ("we", "us") publishes language-learning books. This page explains what information we collect when you visit this website, and how it's used.

Information you give us

If you enter your email address to receive a downloadable audio file, that address is collected and stored by our email service provider, Kit (formerly ConvertKit), not by us directly. We use it to send you the download link and, occasionally, updates about new books. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic technical information for every visit — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and performance purposes (for example, detecting abuse). We may also use privacy-conscious analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand which pages are popular and how visitors navigate the site. If we do, this policy will be updated to name the specific tool in use and, where legally required, a cookie consent option will be added.

Third parties we use

• Kit — collects and stores email addresses for our mailing list.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and the audio files, and provides basic security protections.
• Book retailers — when you click a "buy" link, you leave this site and become subject to that retailer's own privacy policy.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information to anyone. We don't require an account or collect payment information — all purchases happen on third-party retailer sites.
